Knights Group Media [kgm] is a boutique production company and micro-studio founded in 2024 by Canadian Screen Award winning producer Angelique Knights. Based in Toronto and working across Canada and the United States, we develop authentic, character-specific stories that connect with global audiences.

Our mission is to connect emerging creators with the infrastructure that gets work made, across development, funding strategy and production. Every project is treated like a brand, with production and marketing rigour applied from the development stage forward.

Our active slate spans film, television and interactive digital media. Been Here is a scripted digital series created and written by Angelique Knights, developed with support from the Independent Production Fund and the Canada Media Fund. Its teaser has surpassed 74,000 views on YouTube. Our feature film Ecdysis was named one of twelve finalists for the 2026 WScripted x MUBI Cannes Screenplay List, a list dedicated to women and non-binary screenwriters juried by a panel that included Emmy and Golden Globe winner Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale).
